Our Mission is simple: provide world-class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission Grappling instruction in a safe, clean and family-friendly environment. We offer classes both to children and adults across the spectrum of ages and abilities. Whether you’re a novice looking to learn some self-defense skills or already an experienced grappler, we have a program for you.
Fun-Jitsu™ Kids Program
Our Fun-Jitsu™ Kids Program is a unique game-based method of teaching BJJ that we developed for children ages 5 to 15. It includes a curriculum of cooperative and competitive games, drills and lessons that incorporate the mental and physical fundamentals of BJJ, wrestling and Judo, as well as practical self-defense, personal safety, and anti-bullying strategies.Learn More
Adult Beginners Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program
The Adult Beginners Program consists of a six-month curriculum specifically designed to introduce adults to the fundamental positions, movements and techniques that form the core of BJJ, with a specific focus on what put BJJ on the map: realistic, time-tested and proven self-defense techniques. The goal is to equip every student with the necessary tools, tactics and strategies to deal effectively with the most common unarmed self-defense scenarios.
Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program
The Adult BJJ Program introduces students to advanced positions and techniques more typically encountered in sport BJJ (with the Gi) and Submission Grappling (No-Gi) competitions. Typically, classes begin with sport-specific warm-up drills, a lesson in a particular technique and/or position, and conclude with live sparring. We believe that in order for our students to be complete grapplers, they must be adept both on the ground and on their feet. To that end, we also incorporate Judo and wrestling in our training and sparring. By the same token, we further encourage students to explore and develop lower-body submissions (e.g., footlocks, kneebars and heelhooks) in a safe and respectful training environment.
